About the event

Romantic relationships are a common part of adolescence, but we must acknowledge that not all relationships are healthy. Teen dating violence is common, and prevention starts with education. According to the CDC’s Youth Risk Behavior Survey in 2019, about 1 in 12 U.S. high school students experienced physical dating violence and about 1 in 12 experienced sexual dating violence. February is National Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month. Join us as we hold open conversation to raise awareness on this important topic and provide teens, their parents, and the community with important resources.
